Jesse DeYoung
Jesse DeYoung has been in ministry for 20 + years and currently serves Flatirons Church in Denver, CO as the Executive Lead Pastor, where he helps leaders and ministries have a significant impact through developing and equipping teams to make high-level strategic decisions. He’s especially passionate about staff culture, rebuilding teams, and the relationship between the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor. Known for his discernment, and self-deprecating humor, Jesse is always looking for opportunities to develop and challenge the people around him, making him a reliable sounding board for all levels of the organization. When he's not developing his staff, you can find Jesse playing ping pong, enjoying coffee, and exploring the outdoors with his wife Kara and four kids.

Jim Burgen
Jim Burgen serves as the Lead Pastor of Flatirons Community Church, where he provides vision, leadership, and teaching to help the church reach a lost and broken world with the hope of Jesus Christ. With more than 40 years of ministry experience, Jim is known for his authentic leadership, dynamic biblical teaching, and commitment to developing healthy leaders and thriving ministries. Throughout his ministry, he has encouraged men and women to pursue lives of faith, integrity, and purpose, drawing from his own journey of healing, forgiveness, and spiritual growth. In addition to leading Flatirons, Jim is the founder of The Herd, a discipleship and leadership movement designed to equip men for Christ-centered leadership, and he hosts leadership retreats through Moss Rock Ranch. When he is not preaching or mentoring leaders, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, Robin, working out, walking his dogs, and hunting in the Colorado backcountry.
