As Lead Pastor of Flatirons Church, Jim Burgen provides vision, leadership, and biblical teaching to help people encounter the hope and transforming power of Jesus Christ. With more than forty years of ministry experience, he is known for authentic leadership, practical teaching, and a deep commitment to developing healthy leaders and thriving ministries. In addition to leading Flatirons, Jim founded The Herd, a discipleship and leadership movement that equips men for Christ-centered leadership, and leads leadership retreats through Moss Rock Ranch. His passion is helping people pursue lives of faith, integrity, and lasting spiritual growth.
