Karl Romeus

As a pastor, speaker, leadership coach, and consultant, Karl Romeus is passionate about developing leaders who faithfully advance the mission of the local church. With more than twenty years of ministry experience, he most recently served as Executive Pastor of Ministry Development at Flatirons Church, providing leadership for children's, middle school, high school, college, young adult, and groups ministries across all campuses, including the launch of Flatirons College. Karl studied Christian Leadership and Biblical Theology at Grand Canyon University and is committed to equipping leaders to grow in wisdom, character, and effective ministry.
