Kenny Conley

As Lead Kids Pastor at Flatirons Church, Kenny Conley has spent nearly three decades equipping children, families, and ministry leaders to grow in their faith. His passion is developing leaders who build healthy ministry cultures and create lasting impact across generations. Throughout his career, he has served in leadership roles at churches nationwide and has coached thousands of ministry leaders through Ministry Boost and the Illuminate Conference. Kenny holds a Master of Education from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from Oral Roberts University.
