Stason Ikenouye

As Safety Director and Pastor at Flatirons Church, Stason Ikenouye is passionate about creating environments where people are protected, servant leaders are developed, and everyone is free to encounter Jesus. After more than twenty years in law enforcement, including service as a SWAT operator, detective, and crisis intervention coach, he transitioned into ministry with a calling to shepherd and equip others. In addition to leading safety initiatives at Flatirons, Stason serves on the leadership team for The Herd, helping develop Christ-centered leaders. He holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Administration of Criminal Justice and brings extensive expertise in church safety, leadership development, crisis intervention, and emergency preparedness.
